it isn't simply that i need one of these; it's that i can't think of anyone who doesn't.

OK. I'll bite.

I don't need it.

There, I said it.

just like barbie, there are so many wrong things about the proportioning of that doll...

tom, the fact that you think you don't need your own jareth is the very reason that you must have one: he is most needed in situations like these. dance magic!

this is all rhetorical, sadly, as The Internets tell me that the toy company fell on hard times and didn't produce hordes of him after all.

sara, those proportions are right on. just ask mick jagger.

27 points of articulation? that's just gross.

i thought i would be taking this in a different direction, but clearly, y'all already went there.

just as in the movie, it's the codpiece that i DON'T need. and weren't the pants originally just shimmery fabric? is there solid costume-design-y basis for the giraffe pattern?

in re the codpiece: no. and oh yes.

and, perhaps you can yet aquire the Bowie from the department of the eBay?

regarding the bulge we are all so aware of: were we playing the labyrinth movie drinking game (leave me alone, i'm 22), we'd all be drinking due to the "awkward awareness of Jareth's bulge" rule. cheers.
