The only good thing - that and the post-workout shower that feels a million times better than a straight from bed shower.

I am so looking forward to the time change, though.

it actually freaks me out to delay the shower; on non-work days i shower before and after going to the gym. i do enjoy the fact that i'm so primordial pre-coffee that i pretty much forget the run even happened, at least until the three flights of stairs between my subway platform and the office.

Ah, yes. I forgot you are insane with the showering. I don't think I know anyone else who takes a pre-workout shower, lady.

small server-change hiccup; easily fixed once diagnosed, and i could still see my posts on my blogger dashboard, but i admit i get a bit nervous when the site won't load. probably i should print it all out and keep it under my mattress.

There is nothing good about running in the morning unless it is for a race. However, I am very relieved to hear I'm not the only one that likes to shower before and after a morning run.

i generally shower before yoga. one wants one's sweat to be *clean.*

also: grabbing your own DIRTY feet? gross.
